All entries must be original works created by the artist. Plagiarism or copyright infringement will result in immediate disqualification. All entries must meet the submission requirements as stated in the contest rules. This includes format, size, and subject matter. The winners will be notified by email or phone within a reasonable time frame after the judging has taken place. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within a specified time frame, the prize will be forfeited, and another winner will be selected. The names and works of the winners may be published on the contest organizer's website, social media, and other promotional materials. The contest is subject to all applicable laws and regulations. The prizes will be as stated in the contest rules. The prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. The winners will be selected by the contest judges based on the criteria as stated in the contest rules. The judges' decision is final and binding.
